Gregor is a Strategic Advisor to Podium Analytics and a global leader and specialist in mental health and wellbeing.

Gregor is the former Director of Mental Health for Public Health England with over 20 years of experience working with Governments and Ministers, national and local organisations and charities in the UK and internationally, on policy, research and delivery programmes to help transform how people and communities think and act about mental health and wellbeing.

Gregor works for a range of organisations in mental health and wellbeing, with a mixed portfolio of NGOs, private companies, Government, national and local organisations, international agencies and a range of digital mental health providers, start-ups and programmes.

Gregor is the Chair of the Research Advisory Group for the Place2 Be, a national children’s mental health charity, a Board Member of the e-Mental Health Internal Collaborative, an international digital mental health NGO, and an active member of the International initiative for Mental Health Leadership (IIMHL).

Gregor writes on mental health and wellbeing and lectures across the UK, Europe and internationally.
