  • Debbie is a leading Sports Administrator, former tennis player and Special Advisor for Sport to Podium Analytics.

    Debbie is an international sports leader and has held a number of leadership roles within high-profile sports organisations, including CEO of the 2015 Rugby World Cup and Head of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Bid. Debbie currently sits on the Board of All England Lawn Tennis Club and Wimbledon Championships and is a Senior Non-Executive Director at the English Football League (EFL), having previously serving as Chair. A Trustee of the Invictus Games Foundation and the EFL Trust, Debbie was the first woman in Olympic history to be appointed Director of Sport for an Olympic Games Organising Committee when appointed to this role for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games in London. She was awarded a CBE in the 2013 New Year’s Honours List for her services to Sport and the Olympics.
