Rowena started her career studying hotel management in Malta, which led to extensive experience working as a manager and event coordinator across a range of 5* Forte Hotels. Following a second degree in Performance Art with History of Art, Rowena moved back to London and worked at Spymaster as a PA/Buyer, and then in Operations at World Sailing.

At Podium, Rowena keeps the team running smoothly.
