Bringing over 20 years’ communications experience to Podium, Lucy leads our Comms and PR strategy, building awareness of the charity, our mission, and growing relationships with key partners.

Lucy joins the team from roles with some long established and prestigious organisations, including time at Goodwood as Head of Group PR, where she played an important role in shaping the crucial relationship between the two disciplines, Ascot and most recently at Laureus, where she lead the delivery of the first in-person, post-pandemic Laureus World Sport Awards in Paris.
