Tope joined Podium in 2021, bringing with her over 12 years’ experience in Project Management with a technology specific focus.

She joined Podium from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development where she worked her way up from Administrator to Senior Project Manager working on a variety of both client facing and internal medium- to large-scale projects. As Podium’s Project Portfolio Manager, Tope has a responsibility for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of projects that utilise Technology helping Podium to transform the technology strategy into execution.
